Does CommandFence ship internationally?
Yes. CommandFence supplies customers in more than 50 countries and regions across Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. Australian market orders and sea freight exports are supported. Destination requirements and shipping arrangements are confirmed for each order.
What is the typical production lead time?
Typical production time for a standard order is approximately 20–30 days. The confirmed schedule depends on product specifications, quantity and surface treatment. Large project orders can be produced and delivered in batches. Ocean transit time is separate from production lead time.
Can customers visit or audit the factory?
Yes. Overseas customers can visit the factory and review cutting, welding, galvanizing, powder coating, quality inspection and packing processes.
Can CommandFence arrange third-party inspection?
Yes. SGS, Bureau Veritas (BV) or another customer-designated third party can be arranged for pre-shipment inspection, product testing or a factory audit. The inspection scope, applicable standard and cost must be agreed in the order.
What is CommandFence’s manufacturing capacity?
The published factory capacity is more than 10,000 tonnes per year, equivalent to an average of more than 833 tonnes per month. Actual available capacity depends on the product type and production schedule.
What certifications and technical standards apply?
CommandFence states ISO 9001 quality management, CE product compliance and SGS testing or inspection. Depending on the product and project, production can be specified with reference to ASTM A123, EN 10346, BS EN 10223-7 and BS EN 10244-2. ASTM and EN references are technical standards, not certification documents. Certificate numbers and verification links should be checked against the current original documents before an order is finalized.

Products include welded wire mesh fencing, 358 security fencing, 2D and 3D mesh fencing, BRC fencing, chain-link fencing, railings, guardrails, vehicle and pedestrian gates, turnstiles, razor wire, barbed wire and related perimeter-security accessories.
