The integrated design of the post connects to the mesh using dedicated clips and anti-theft bolts, providing strong anti-theft functionality.

The substrate undergoes hot-dip galvanization with a zinc coating thickness of 80-120g/m², followed by a polyester electrostatic powder coating with a thickness of 100-120μm. Over 200 color options are available in the RAL color series.

Additionally, the entire component is fully hot-dip galvanized, featuring a zinc coating thickness of 550g/m² for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance.

What is the surface treatment and zinc coating?

The 3DG fence uses a dual anti-corrosion process: the base material is hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating of at least 80 g/m², then finished with an electrostatic polyester powder coating of over 100 microns. With 200+ RAL color options available, this combination ensures long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance, even in demanding outdoor environments.

Can the height, mesh size, and color be customized?

Yes. Mesh height 1430–2430 mm, panel width 2500/3000 mm, wire diameter Ø4.5/5.0/6.0 mm, and vertical/horizontal wire spacing are all customizable. The mesh is made from Q195 steel and the I-shaped posts from stronger Q235 steel. Color can be chosen from 200+ RAL options.
