Overview
COMMAND® FR Square-Tube Railing is a steel fence and railing system for property owners managing site boundaries, made to order to each project's requirements. Key facts: standard configuration includes 1300/1500/1700/1900 mm panels, 2500 mm post centres, 40×40×1.2/40×60×1.5 mm rails and 60×60×1.5/80×80×2.0 mm posts; U-shaped clips with 304 stainless steel anti-tamper bolts; 80–120 g/m² hot-dip galvanizing before ≥100 μm polyester powder coating. Customers can choose square, rectangular or oval sections and alternative panel sizes, including 3000 mm widths. Spear heads must be specified during manufacture and cannot be retrofitted. Recommended perimeter height is 2.0-2.5 m. Any height, width, rail and post sections, colour, embedded or base-plate fixing and pole decoration are specified to your site.

Connection
U-shaped connectors are securely fastened with tamper-resistant stainless steel bolts to ensure stability and durability.
Coating and Durability
The substrate is hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating of 80-120 g/m², and the outer surface is coated with polyester electrostatic powder, with a coating thickness of 100-120 μm. Over 200 color options are available in the RAL color series to meet various design preferences.
All components are hot-dip galvanized with a robust zinc coating of 550 g/m², providing exceptional corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability.
