Features
Self-Supporting Structure
The TCG Trackless Cantilever Gate features a self-supporting structure design, eliminating the need for ground tracks. It is not affected by uneven ground, ice, or snow. The high-strength, double C-type Q355 manganese steel bottom beam effectively resists deformation from external forces.
The pre-tensioned door leaf structure, combined with the high-strength, corrosion-resistant manganese steel substrate bottom beam, ensures minimal deformation of the door leaf and precise alignment along the axis.
Advanced Drive System
The gate is powered by an FAAC imported drive system, ensuring stable performance with adjustable speeds from 9 to 30 m/min. Remote control functionality allows for convenient, long-range operation. The system features automatic delay for shutdown and activation, and displays operational status (on, off, run).
In the event of a power outage, the system can easily switch to manual mode, ensuring smooth operation of the gate.

Excellent Anti-Corrosion Performance
The gate offers exceptional anti-corrosion protection, with a 10-year anti-corrosion quality guarantee.
The base material is hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating of ≥120 g/m² (on both sides).
The gate undergoes 19 pre-treatment processes to ensure superior coating adhesion (Grade 0).
Specially formulated Aksu outdoor powder coating prevents peeling, flaking, and powdering, ensuring the gate’s longevity and durability.
