The substrate is hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating thickness of 80-120g/m², while the outer layer is finished with a polyester electrostatic powder coating, achieving a thickness of 100-120μm. Customers can choose from over 200 color options in the RAL color series to suit their preferences.
For enhanced durability and corrosion resistance, the entire component is fully hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating thickness of 550g/m².
