The Wenzhou Huagang Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Storage and Transportation Peak shaving Center project is invested by Huafeng Group and located in the “C” operation area of Zhuangyuan’ao Port Area, Yuanjue Street, Dongtou District. It is constructed by China Huanqiu Engineering Co., Ltd. (HQC) through EPC general contracting, with a total investment of 10.6 billion yuan and planned to be built in three phases.
After the completion of this project, it will become a natural gas reserve peak shaving guarantee base in southern Zhejiang, enhancing the emergency supply capacity of natural gas in Wenzhou and even southern Zhejiang, improving the radiation power of Wenzhou port, improving the energy structure of Wenzhou city and surrounding areas, and driving the development of natural gas industry in Zhejiang Province and Wenzhou region.
