The CLY Wire Mesh Fence is a versatile fencing solution composed of steel posts, reinforced crossbars, and woven steel wire mesh. The posts and crossbars are secured with specialized connectors, ensuring easy installation and adaptability to various angles and slopes.

The advanced adhesive coating technology ensures seamless bonding between the PVC coating and steel wire, even with a maximum tensile strength of 500 MPa. This process prevents gaps, cracking, and peeling, ensuring long-lasting security.

The integration of hot-dip galvanized steel with a high-adhesion electrostatic polyester powder coating provides exceptional corrosion resistance and extends the product’s service life. Additionally, the integrated post cap is tamper-resistant and durable.

Connections
The tensioned steel wire is securely attached to the post by wrapping it with Ø 2.0 stainless steel binding wire.
The mesh and tensioned steel wire are fixed in place using dedicated stainless steel buckles for enhanced stability.
Surface Technology
The post substrate is hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating of ≥80 g/m², followed by an outer layer of polyester electrostatic powder coating with a thickness of ≥100 μm for superior corrosion resistance.
The steel wire is hot-dip galvanized with a zinc layer of ≥80 g/m² and finished with a PVC coating of ≥0.5 mm thickness, ensuring enhanced durability and weather resistance.
Every component undergoes hot-dip galvanization, achieving a zinc coating of 550 g/m² to provide exceptional durability and long-term performance.
