2DG Wire Mesh Fence

The 2DG combines 2D double-horizontal-wire (twin-wire) welded mesh — where two horizontal wires sandwich each vertical wire for extra rigidity, a structure often called 6-5-6 or 8-6-8 — with cold-formed I-shaped posts. The integrated posts connect to the mesh using dedicated interlocks and anti-theft bolts, giving a uniform appearance on both sides, strong anti-tamper performance, and no leverage points for excellent anti-climb security. It supports both fast push-type installation and a two-step method (posts first, then mesh) and adapts to uneven terrain. The 2DG fence uses a dual anti-corrosion process: the base material is hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating of 80–120 g/m², then finished with an electrostatic polyester powder coating of over 100 microns (100–120 μm). With 200+ RAL color options available, this combination ensures long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance, even in demanding outdoor environments.

Yes. Mesh height 1430–2430 mm and panel width 2500/3000 mm are standard, with twin-wire diameter combinations of Ø6.0+Ø5.0+Ø6.0 or Ø8.0+Ø6.0+Ø8.0 and vertical wire spacing of 50/55/65 mm. The I-shaped posts measure 54.4×100 mm with 1.5/2.0 mm wall thickness, in heights from 1000 to 3000 mm. Color can be chosen from 200+ RAL options.
